This Return and Refund Policy applies to eligible products purchased directly through www.vapenlabs.com.<\/p>\n
Products purchased from a retailer, distributor, marketplace, or another third party should normally be returned to the original seller under that seller\u2019s policy.<\/p>\n
1. RETURN PERIOD<\/p>\n
Eligible products may be returned within 60 days after delivery.<\/p>\n
To qualify for a non-defective return, the product must be:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Unused and unopened
\n\u2022 In its original sealed packaging
\n\u2022 In resalable condition
\n\u2022 Accompanied by proof of purchase
\n\u2022 Returned only after receiving authorization from VAPEN<\/p>\n
Do not send a product to our office, factory, or another address without receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.<\/p>\n
2. HYGIENE AND SAFETY RESTRICTIONS<\/p>\n
Vaping products, disposable devices, e-liquids, pods, cartridges, coils, mouthpieces, and similar items are sealed hygiene products.<\/p>\n
Once opened, activated, filled, or used, these products cannot normally be returned for a change of mind.<\/p>\n
This restriction does not remove any rights you may have when a product is defective or when applicable consumer law requires a remedy.<\/p>\n
3. DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS<\/p>\n
Inspect your package promptly after delivery.<\/p>\n
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or visibly tampered with, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Product name and quantity
\n\u2022 Photograph of the shipping label
\n\u2022 Photograph of the outer packaging
\n\u2022 Clear photographs or video showing the issue

Keep the product and all packaging until the claim has been resolved.<\/p>\n
4. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS<\/p>\n
If a product appears defective, stop using it and contact our support team.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Store credit
\n\u2022 Partial refund

We may request photographs, videos, batch information, packaging details, or return of the product before approving a remedy.<\/p>\n
Normal wear, accidental damage, improper storage, misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow product instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.<\/p>\n
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS<\/p>\n

Wholesale, custom, and private-label orders may be subject to separate written return terms.<\/p>\n
6. RETURN AUTHORIZATION<\/p>\n
Before returning an item, email vapenlabs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.<\/p>\n
If approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Approval of a return request does not automatically guarantee a refund; returned products must first be received and inspected.<\/p>\n
7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS<\/p>\n
For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.<\/p>\n
If we confirm that the product was defective, damaged before delivery, or sent incorrectly, VAPEN will provide an appropriate remedy and may cover reasonable return shipping costs where required.<\/p>\n
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. VAPEN is not responsible for unauthorized returns or return parcels lost before reaching the designated return location.<\/p>\n
8. INSPECTION AND REFUNDS<\/p>\n
After receiving the return, we will inspect the product and notify you whether the refund has been approved.<\/p>\n
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless another method is required by law or agreed in writing.<\/p>\n
The time needed for funds to appear depends on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Shipping, customs, handling, and payment-provider fees may be deducted where legally permitted and clearly applicable.<\/p>\n
9. EXCHANGES<\/p>\n
Direct exchanges may be available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.<\/p>\n
If an exchange is not available, we may issue a refund or store credit and invite you to place a new order.<\/p>\n
Replacement products are subject to stock availability and destination restrictions.<\/p>\n
10. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS<\/p>\n

Orders that have entered packing, fulfillment, or shipping may no longer be canceled. If cancellation is unavailable, the order may need to be handled under this Return Policy after delivery.<\/p>\n
12. CHARGEBACKS<\/p>\n
Please contact VAPEN before opening a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.<\/p>\n
Nothing in this section limits any legal rights available through your payment provider.<\/p>\n
13. CONSUMER RIGHTS<\/p>\n
