VAPEN ships only to destinations where the relevant products may legally be sold, imported, delivered, and received.<\/p>\n
Shipping availability may change without notice because of local regulations, carrier restrictions, customs requirements, or operational conditions.<\/p>\n
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order that cannot be shipped lawfully or safely. If a canceled order has already been paid, the applicable payment will be refunded.<\/p>\n

Tracking information will be provided when available after the order has been dispatched.<\/p>\n
Tracking events may take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel. Large orders may be divided into multiple shipments and may have more than one tracking number.<\/p>\n
7. ADDRESS ACCURACY<\/p>\n
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, telephone number, and any information required by the carrier or customs authority.<\/p>\n
Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to change the address.<\/p>\n
Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery, refusal, or failure to collect a parcel may be charged to the customer.<\/p>\n
8. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS<\/p>\n
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or the package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us with your order number and tracking number.<\/p>\n
We may ask the carrier to investigate before approving a replacement or refund.<\/p>\n
A parcel marked \u201cdelivered\u201d should first be checked with household members, neighbors, reception staff, the delivery carrier, and the local collection point.<\/p>\n
Any final remedy will depend on the carrier\u2019s investigation, the available evidence, and applicable law.<\/p>\n
9. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT DELIVERIES<\/p>\n
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours after delivery.<\/p>\n

10. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS<\/p>\n
Contact VAPEN as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation.<\/p>\n
We cannot guarantee changes after payment confirmation. Orders that have been packed, transferred to a warehouse, or collected by the carrier generally cannot be canceled.<\/p>\n
11. PRE-ORDERS AND SPLIT SHIPMENTS<\/p>\n
Products identified as pre-orders will be dispatched according to the estimated availability date shown on the product page or order confirmation.<\/p>\n
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately based on warehouse location or stock availability. Separate parcels may arrive on different dates.<\/p>\n
12. DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS<\/p>\n
Carriers may require an adult signature, identity verification, or proof of legal age.<\/p>\n
Delivery to PO boxes, military addresses, parcel lockers, forwarding services, or remote areas may be unavailable for certain products or carriers.<\/p>\n
