What is Oil Coil Separation （OCS）?
As we all know, after traditional disposable e-cigarettes are stored for a long period of time, the aroma in the oil will easily evaporate into the air. This will cause the e-cigarette to lose some of its flavor and fail to achieve the desired effect. The longer the storage time, the more obvious the loss of flavor. Before using VAPEN RTA POD, the Oil Coil Separation （OCS） technology prevents any chemical reaction between the oil and the coil, thus effectively keeping the e-cigarette oil fresh.
What is the difference between the OCS structure of the VAPEN RTA POD and other OCS structures?
Currently, Oil Coil Separation technologies on the market vary, with the chance of a bad seal ranging from about 4% to 10%. In order to solve this problem, the technical team of VAPENLABS has conducted many tests and developed the new OCS structure, which is a structure in which the metal rod in the center of the oil compartment as well as the coils will change their position with the pulling force when pulling out the top silicone rod, and only after this will the oil enter the cotton. Mesh coils have a layer of oil cotton on the outside. Moreover, using the new OCS structure can reduce the probability of the first burnt flavor, and this innovative structure has the advantage of low leakage compared to the traditional core separation structure. At the bottom of the pod, we have a five-layer leak-proof design that greatly reduces e-liquid leakage from the pod.
